Shipping policy

We strive to have all of our custom orders completed between 15-20 business days. Please be advised that weekends & holidays do NOT count as business days.

You will receive shipping info as soon as your item is complete.

All items are packaged in waterproof poly mailers and are shipped FREE using USPS.

**Once the item has been shipped and is out of our hands we are no longer held responsible for your item. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do past that point.

**We DO offer insurance in the amount up to 50.00 on our items and we will file claims or do anything we can to find out and fix the shipping issue!
